MANCHESTER Art Gallery is hosting a free family fun day on Saturday 21 June to celebrate the launch of its major new exhibition dedicated to the work of award-winning children’s author and illustrator Lauren Child.
As well as being among the first to see the exhibition, children and parents will be able to meet Lauren at an exclusive book signing.
Other activities taking place as part of the free family fun day include:
- A chance to make Charlie and Lola inspired accessories to take home.
- A chance to enjoy special delicacies like green drops, cloud fluff, moonsquirters and pink milk in the gallery cafe.
- Competitions and give-aways.
