South Manchester Reporter, Thursday 19 October 2006I ALMOST got covered in all sorts of foul things this morning. The property next door was having its drains rodded (again) when all of a sudden a high pressure hose came writhing out from a grid in the middle of the pavement and deposited all sorts of debris on to the front of my place.

South Manchester Reporter, Thursday 12 October 2006WELL, Jack Straw certainly put the cat among the pigeons recently when he stated that Muslim women should gradually stop covering their faces with a veil. I see quite a few Muslim ladies covered up around south Manchester. Doesn't bother me but it certainly bothers other folk.
