<description><![CDATA[ <p>The race for the Lancashire and Cheshire AFL Premier Division title still looks set to go to the wire after leaders and reigning champions Whalley Range were held to a 3-3 draw by lowly South Manchester.</p>
    <p>Range were looking good as they led 3-1 at the break with Danny Heffernan (2), and Leon Hamilton netting with Azuka Otutu replying for South. Range stayed in control until Dave Hamnett received a red card. Danny Booth then reduced the arrears and a super strike from Nathan Coppin earned South a vital and deserved point.</p>  ]]></description>
