THE latest Manchester Football League programme ended with Wythenshawe Amateurs roaring into the next round of the Gilgryst Cup with a 7-0 win over Rochdale Sacred Heart.
The league games between the two teams earlier in the season were close affairs, and it looked to be going the same way as the Ammies held a slender 1-0 lead through Adam Walker with an hour gone.
However, the floodgates opened once Wythenshawe had netted their second.

Manchester Juniors’ game was postponed.
